Transparency & Public Declarations of Transfers of Value (ToV)

As part of its commitment to transparency and ToV reporting in line with the principles of EFPIA Code of Practice and various country Disclosure Codes and legal requirements for transparency, Norgine discloses reportable engagements with and ToV made to relevant healthcare stakeholders such as Healthcare Professionals (HCP), Healthcare Organisations (HCO), Patient Organisations (POrg) or other external individuals or legal entities that are subject to transparency reporting.

As mandated by the local legal regulations and Code(s) of Practice, and explained through methodology notes where applicable, countries disclose, as a minimum, ToV covering financial and/or non-financial support to:

  • HCO in the form of donations and grants, as well as benefits in kind and sponsorship agreements to manage a scientific event;
  • HCP through contributions to cost of events, including registration fees, travel and accommodation, as well as service and consultancy fees and related expenses that may arise;
  • HCP or HCO in the form of Research and Development ToV
  • POrg for fees paid and any associated expenses, as well as the type of service that was provided, e.g. speaking at meetings, providing assistance with training, advising on the design of clinical trials, participating in market research with remuneration and/or travel, participating in advisory boards, writing articles or publications

Please click on the relevant country flag icon to view the information related to those reportable ToV over the last 3 years, directly or indirectly. The lack of availability of a country flag indicates that Norgine has not had any reportable ToV in the last 3 years, or is not mandated to disclose such information.

NB: In August 2025, Norgine acquired Theravia, an international pharmaceutical company specialising in therapies for patients with rare and debilitating conditions, and information about ToVs made by Theravia that year are visible under the relevant country flags below.
